Jadi didalam game Surgery Simulator  ini kita harus melakukan operasi dalam beberapa kasus. Banyak kasus nya dan berbeda-beda,

seperti operasi luka, amandel, mata, usus buntu, dan masih banyak lagi.. Agak ngilu juga nih mainnya temen-temen.. rrrrrrr...
